Kitchen Renovations
A kitchen renovation can mean new cabinets and counters inside the existing footprint, or it can mean taking out a wall and starting again. Both are normal work for us.
We plan the layout around how you actually cook. Where the bins go. Which drawer holds the pans. Whether two people can be in the room at once without turning sideways. Then we build to those measurements rather than to the nearest stock size.
You see the design before anything is torn out. We produce 3D renderings so you can look at the room before a hammer touches it.
Bathroom Renovations
Small rooms, unforgiving decisions. A vanity three inches too deep turns a comfortable bathroom into a tight one.
We start with the layout and the storage, then move to finishes. Custom vanities built to the actual wall rather than the nearest stock width, with drawers routed around the plumbing instead of blocked by it. Ensuites, main baths, powder rooms and suite bathrooms.
How It Works
1. In-home consultation. Free. We measure the space, talk through what you want, and give you a price before you commit to anything.
2. Design and quote. Layout, materials and finishes. You see drawings and 3D renderings, and we adjust until it is right. The quote comes with the design, not after it.
3. Build. Your cabinetry is made in our Burnaby shop while the site work goes ahead.
4. Install. Our own team fits it. If something needs adjusting on the day, the people who built it are standing in your kitchen.
What Drives the Cost
Layout changes cost more than finishes. Moving plumbing, taking out a wall or relocating the range will affect the price more than any door style you pick.
Cabinetry is usually the largest single line, then countertops, then lighting and hardware.

How Long It Takes, and What It Is Like
Most renovations run four to eight weeks, depending on size and how much is changing. Moving plumbing or walls adds time. You get a timeline before we start, and you hear from us promptly if anything shifts.
You can usually stay in the house. Kitchens are the harder one, since the sink and stove go out of service for a stretch, so we sequence the work to keep that window as short as we can.
We clean the site at the end of each day. One customer with a toddler and a baby at home singled that out in their review, which tells you how much it matters when you are living in the middle of it.
Warranty, and Where We Work
Cabinetry is covered for 5 years. Renovation materials and workmanship are covered for 3 years, and stone countertops for 2. Full warranty details.
