We build the cabinetry in our own shop on Thunderbird Crescent, install it with our own crew, and back it with a 5-year cabinetry warranty, so one company is accountable from the first drawing to the last handle.
Most kitchen renovations take 4 to 8 weeks, and most clients stay in their home throughout. You get a quotation first, then 3D renderings of the finished room, and the quotation is adjusted through the design phase until you are satisfied.

What a Kitchen or Bathroom Renovation Costs in Burnaby
Every project is quoted after an in-home measure, but these are the ranges most of our Burnaby and Metro Vancouver projects fall into. They come from our own 2026 quotes, in Canadian dollars.
Kitchen renovation
- Budget, $15,000 to $30,000. Same layout, new cabinets and counters.
- Mid-range, $30,000 to $75,000. A layout change, usually opening a wall or adding an island. Most of our kitchens land here.
- High-end, $75,000 to $150,000 and up. Full gut, structural changes, premium finishes and integrated appliances.
Bathroom renovation
- Budget, $12,000 to $19,000. Same layout, new vanity, fixtures and tile.
- Mid-range, $19,000 to $39,000. Tub-to-shower conversion or a new tiled shower with glass, custom vanity, quartz top and heated floor.
- High-end, $39,000 to $77,000 and up. Layout changes, curbless shower, freestanding tub and a custom double vanity.
Layout changes cost more than finishes. Moving plumbing, taking out a wall or relocating the range moves the price more than any door style you pick. Cabinetry is usually the largest single line, then countertops, then lighting and hardware.

What a Renovation With Us Covers
Design, cabinetry, countertops, layout changes, installation, and the project management that holds it together. One team from the first measurement to the final adjustment.
The cabinetry is built in our own Burnaby shop. Because we make it ourselves, a dimension can change late without renegotiating with a supplier, and the people who built it are the people who fit it.
We handle the sequencing too, so you are not the one chasing trades or wondering who is meant to be on site on Tuesday.
Kitchen Renovations
A kitchen renovation can mean new cabinets and counters inside the existing footprint, or it can mean taking out a wall and starting again. Both are normal work for us.
We plan the layout around how you actually cook. Where the bins go. Which drawer holds the pans. Whether two people can be in the room at once without turning sideways. Then we build to those measurements rather than to the nearest stock size.
You see the design before anything is torn out. We produce 3D renderings so you can look at the room before a hammer touches it.
Bathroom Renovations
Small rooms, unforgiving decisions. A vanity three inches too deep turns a comfortable bathroom into a tight one.
We start with the layout and the storage, then move to finishes. Custom vanities built to the actual wall rather than the nearest stock width, with drawers routed around the plumbing instead of blocked by it. Ensuites, main baths, powder rooms and suite bathrooms.

How It Works
1. In-home consultation. Free. We measure the space, talk through what you want, and give you a price before you commit to anything.
2. Quotation, then design. You get a quotation first. Then we move to the design phase: drawings and 3D renderings are provided, layout, materials and finishes are finalized, and the quotation is adjusted until you are satisfied.
3. Build. Your cabinetry is made in our Burnaby shop while the site work goes ahead.
4. Install. Our own team fits it. If something needs adjusting on the day, the people who built it are standing in your kitchen.
How Long It Takes, and What It Is Like
Most renovations run four to eight weeks, depending on size and how much is changing. Moving plumbing or walls adds time. You get a timeline before we start, and you hear from us promptly if anything shifts.
