Aero Kitchen and Bath – Custom Kitchen Cabinets and Renovations
Home / Closet Organizers
Every closet is made to the measurements of your room, in our own Burnaby shop. Nothing is cut down from a kit, so the system fits wall to wall and floor to ceiling instead of leaving a gap at one end.
Walk-ins, reach-ins, wardrobes, and the storage that never gets planned properly: the front hall, the laundry, the pantry, the mudroom off the garage.
A walk-in only works if the layout matches what you own. Someone with forty pairs of shoes and someone with twenty suits need very different rooms, and a standard rod-and-shelf run serves neither well.
We plan around your actual wardrobe. Double hanging where the shirts go, full-height hanging for coats and dresses, drawer banks instead of a chest that eats floor space, shoe shelving sized to real shoes. Islands and seating where the room allows it.
Most bedroom closets are a single rod with one shelf above it. That uses about half the available height and leaves the floor as a pile.
A reach-in system recovers the rest: double hanging on one side, drawers below, shelving to the ceiling for the things you touch twice a year. It is the smallest job we do and the one people notice every morning.
Short on space? Closet organizer designs for small bedrooms covers what works when the room is tight.
The same cabinetry solves the parts of a house that usually go unplanned.
Front hall. Hooks, a bench, boot storage and a place for bags that is not the floor.
Mudroom. Off the garage, built for wet coats and sports gear. One of the most useful things you can add to a family home.
Laundry. Folding surface, hanging space, and cupboards sized to detergent rather than to nothing in particular.
Pantry. Pull-outs and shelving depths that let you see what you have. More ideas in hidden storage ideas that make small kitchens look bigger.
Closet systems use the same materials as our kitchen cabinetry, so a closet can match the rest of the house rather than looking like it was bought separately.
Melamine and laminate for hard-wearing interiors, thermofoil and painted MDF for a cleaner look, and real wood where it will be seen. Soft-close drawers throughout.

1. In-home consultation. Free. We measure the space, look at what needs to go in it, and give you a price before you commit to anything.
2. Design. You see drawings and 3D renderings, and we adjust until the layout matches how you actually use the room.
3. Build. Made in our Burnaby shop to your measurements.
4. Install. Our own team fits it, usually in a day for a reach-in and longer for a full walk-in.
A reach-in is usually installed in a day once it is built. A full walk-in takes longer. From first measurement to installed, most closet projects run two to four weeks, which is quicker than a kitchen because there is no plumbing or tiling involved.
