What Is Covered

Aero Kitchen and Bath (“Aero Kitchen”) warrants all parts and products manufactured to be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from date of purchase and under normal home use. In addition, Aero Kitchen and Bath extends a lifetime warranty through its suppliers, specifically on all hinges and drawer glides. Laminate countertops have a warranty of 1 year from date of purchase.
This warranty is only extended to the original purchaser, is subject to proof of purchase, and may not be transferred to any subsequent owner. Warranties do not apply to products used for rental, commercial, business, institutional, or other non-residential applications. The warranty is determined at the sole discretion of Aero Kitchen and at Aero Kitchen’s option is limited to repair, replacement, or substitution of parts and/or products found to be defective under normal indoor residential use. Refunds are not available. Under no condition will Aero Kitchen be liable for any loss or damage of any kind including, but not limited to, any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product by any person.
Aero Kitchen makes every effort to use the best materials and manufacturing techniques available. With continuous improvements, Aero Kitchen reserves the right to change specifications in design and materials without notice and with no obligation to retrofit products previously manufactured.

Appearance disclaimer

Aero Kitchen is diligent in creating consistency; however, you should also expect variation in product appearance due to finish techniques, wood characteristics, grain direction, lighting, aging and care. You should expect variations in appearance between cabinets, doors, drawer fronts, trim and/or molding, as well as within each component.
Wood is a naturally grown product where the density varies within the tree, and therefore the colour tone of wood varies even within the same species. The colour tone of wood impacts the finish colour, particularly on lighter tone stains. Grain direction can also impact the colour tone of wood. Veneers may appear different from solid wood pieces. Edge-banding is usually made from PVC and is colour-consistent; however, it will not match the variation in wood tones. Finishes are applied in a variety of methods, including by hand. Any finish that requires hand sanding will have variation in colour tones even on the same piece, door or drawer front. Darker finishes accentuate minor blemishes.

Natural woods, different species and finishes will all age at different rates, therefore product shown in displays and/or printed materials will not be an exact match to new cabinetry. Replacement doors may not match at all. Samples are to provide an approximate appearance of the product before purchase. In addition, manufacturing occasionally refines products or specifications, and samples may not reflect this activity.

How to Make a Claim

1. Get in touch. Call 604-559-8080 or email sales@aerokitchen.com and tell us what has gone wrong. Photographs help.

2. Have your proof of purchase to hand. The warranty runs from the date of purchase and covers the original purchaser, so we need the original paperwork.

3. We look at it and put it right. Aero Kitchen repairs, replaces or substitutes the part or product, at our option. Refunds are not available.

Labour, installation and transport costs are not covered, and neither is installation carried out by someone else. The full list of exclusions is above.

Looking After Your Cabinetry

Several of the exclusions above come down to how cabinetry is looked after: water and humidity, light exposure, extreme temperature, and ordinary wear. Our product care guide sets out what to clean with, what to keep away from the finish, and how to protect it from moisture, sunlight and heat.
